The room was very comfortable, staff were very helpful, polite & friendly, excellent breakfast.

It would be a good idea to offer visitors a map of Cluj or at least place one in each room. Each day after I left the hotel I realised I forgot to ask for one and it was too much trouble to go back! This is not a complaint rather a suggestion!

The hotel was exceptionally clean. the staff was amiable and pretty friendly, the receptionist spoke excellent English and was really welcoming. - the hotel had a good location near the sauna area and not far from the town center, sights, national opera, and the old town. - We really enjoyed our stay at this property.

.....The cleanless of the floor, and I think the hotel is maximum 3 stars+....for example - did" not have food in the evening, complete dotation in the bathroom, and the price is for another kind of persons !!!! The room is large and essentials you need, including a personal safe, an air conditioning, and a mini bar, is right there...

Service and location

The way weddings spill uncontrolled into the main lobby interfering with the hotel staying guests comfort and well being. Running children and wedding party people watching TV over the heads of hotel guests eating at the bar tables are unacceptable.

This definitely no five star hotel en very unfriendly staff.

Too much Chlorine in the pool. You can smell it on the first floor of the hotel caused by not closing the door to the pool, unfriendly staff, bad breakfast.

I chose this hotel for attending a corporate offsite and it provided further facilities such as free valet parking, a 24-hour front desk, and 3 fully-equipped conference rooms which accommodated up to 200 people. The hotel also had 2 meeting rooms available for events. The business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services were also featured amenities.

One service that I missed for my work was access to a well-equipped fitness center.

There was no air conditioned in the room and the temperature was around 30ºC, the internet was by a 50cm long ethernet conection, in the same corridor of my room there was the entry of the Casino, there was no room service before 00:00h so I had to take a sandwitch for dinner before 10 hours of travel. Summarizing this is not a 5 stars hotel

The door was really a very nice man helped us in every way he could over the night really a helping hand.

The lady at the desk of a arrival at was night was not to much of a help when 1 of our guest had his trousers soaked in the pool we were trying to get him a dryer and she was not to much of a help same with few other things everything you asked was a big no

The staff were friendly and made sure I was comfortable, the room was cozy with great views of the downtown area, and breakfast was delicious and convenient in the lobby.

The business center was useful, and the availability of 2 meeting rooms for events was a plus. Complimentary newspapers in the lobby and dry cleaning/laundry services were also provided.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated printing and copying service. Having such a service available would have been convenient for my business needs.
